I was looking forward to the cinnamon crisp apples, but it is what it is.
Pears seem to do a little better here.
I did not know you could control size that way. I need to buy your book. Maybe I'll have hubby buy it for Christmas.
Thank you for all your help, Darren. Too much humidity.
Many of my citrus trees are not miniatures, they are from seeds or cuttings. Keeping them in a pot contains their size.
As for a fungicide, any broad spectrum one that is listed for what you are spraying it on is a good start.Darrenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09174646683640212162noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8051633486819426115.post-68976351142339153852016-08-28T12:38:21.413-07:002016-08-28T12:38:21.413-07:00As well as can be expected. We will leave the apple trees a couple more years. They are still young; but Central Louisiana may not be good for apples. They all start out looking good, then they get brown spots on the skin that eventually develop into depressions and holes in the apples.

What sort of fungicide would you recommend?LindaGhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12203719919661519350noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8051633486819426115.post-12589945347413924232016-08-28T12:09:21.728-07:002016-08-28T12:09:21.728-07:00Hello Linda,

I wish I had invested in Fungicide stock!
I am assuming all else is well in your part of the world? I may get to use it sometime. ^_^LindaGhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12203719919661519350noreply@blogger.com
