I've also seen something distressing -- parents on their phones and their kids acting horribly just to get their attention. Here in Louisiana, Agriculture is a little more acceptable. But it does need to change. The people who think you should buy stuff in a store so you don't have to kill something, or get hot outside; or why learn to make something when you can buy it in a store; these people will be sorry in the zombie apocalypse. God bless.LindaGhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12203719919661519350noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8051633486819426115.post-18840960050647393372016-11-21T11:54:27.049-08:002016-11-21T11:54:27.049-08:00Yes it is! They don't get to play in the soil where all the good germs are and to develop immunity to the bad ones. That is a post for another day! Thanks!<br />P.S. There is nothing good on TV anymore, anyway. I started noticing this trend when my son was four years old. At that point, I decided no playstations, gameboys, and limited digital exposure. I love to garden and we grow a lot of our own food. Most of the flowers I grow are edible. My son who is 8 now knows more about gardening and animal habits than most kids his age. I get funny looks from the teachers when I explain we don't have tv at home. But I find it sad that this is happening to our younger generation. Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
